Once we provide you with login access to your Website's Content Management System, you will be able to communicate changes with us live on your Website.
This will eliminate sending multiple screenshots and going back and forth in emails. This will also help ensure your requests are seen and resolved. This will allow us to work more efficiently without any miscommunication.
Once you login into your Website, you will see the commenting toolbar pinned on the right hand side of your browser.
When you're on one of the pages of your Website, click on the "+" symbol located on the toolbar - It will turn blue when its activated.
You will then be able to use your cursor and draw boxes around areas of your Website that you want to point out. A comment box will appear so your can request your changes in writing. Click Submit and it will be added to our communication feed.
We will receive a notification that you have submitted changes to be made and we will be able to see and communicate with you all in one place.
